This is today’s task: Breathe.
Everyone does know how to breath, of course. But do you know that breathing in a correct way is very important too? What is the correct breathing?
When you breath, supposingly the your chest, shoulders and stomach remain relatively still as air flow in deeply to the pit of your stomach. It should not be your shoulders rise and your stomach gets sucked in.
So, do try to practice this type of breathing if possible. According to researches, this type of breathing will help in thinking of innovation and help in memory.
I did practice this since I was young, but only when I was doing meditation. Probably, I should keep on reminding myself to practice more.
