I joined 21DFC because I wanted to increase my stamina and also to drop 3kg of weight.
Today, my time was full, woke up at 5am, get ready with breakfast and some house chores. Left home at 7am, back home at 6.30pm then straight away headed to a functional event until 10:30pm. Just reached home, and I just can do 10 minutes of stretching, no heavy exercise for now as I need to sleep earlier for tomorrow’s early wake up again…
